BP1861FA (Gouby F+g; Freeman 4+G) – R over B in REG (R19?)
First documented in Michael Gouby’s Victorian Penny book in which he noted 2 existing examples (see below).

Note: this coin was listed on Ebay in November 2017 claiming to be an example of BP1861FA. There does appear to be a trace of the bottom loop of a B between the lower legs of the R and also a slight “bump” on the front of the right leg of the R possibly due to an underlying B. However, examination of a high grade F25 penny (F+g) shows that there is a similar “bump” in the same place. See below.
I am not, therefore, totally convinced from the Ebay photographs that this coin is a genuine example of BP1861FA, although it may well be. It may be clearer in hand, of course.
